General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("members" or "users") of the xxgame platform and all associated services. xxgame (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider that offers various types of entertainment gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or beginning to use any service on the platform, you are giving your full and irrevocable consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and accumulated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If an account is created with false information, xxgame reserves the right to cancel that account at any time. If your information changes, please notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Verification Process

xxgame may at any time request a member's national ID card, passport, or other valid documents for identity verification as needed. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your xxgame account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) private and secure. Never share this information with any third party.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, whether or not they were authorised by you. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

• Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Remember to log out after logging in on someone else's device or a public computer.
• Never allow colleagues or family members to use your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Each deposit must be a minimum of ৳100. Deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in the member's name. Funds sent from an account belonging to a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xxgame generally processes approved withdrawals within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.4 Fund Verification

In cases of suspicious activity or to meet regulatory requirements, xxgame may temporarily hold any deposit or withdrawal and request additional documents.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times (10x wagering requirement). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 worth of bets to be completed before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are only usable within the xxgame platform.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• If a member misuses a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• xxgame's decision is final on all bonus-related matters.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

xxgame's VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers by conducting sufficient gaming activity. Detailed VIP tier terms and conditions are published on the xxgame platform.

Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and bet type has minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits will be shown on the game page. xxgame reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Finality of Results

Game results displayed on the xxgame platform are final and binding. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, xxgame reserves the right to announce the correct result.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, xxgame may decide to cancel or continue that game. This decision is final.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, local leagues), and other sports events is governed by xxgame's established rules. If a match is cancelled or only partially played, xxgame will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and violations may result in account termination:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or system exploitation.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Attempting to deceive xxgame staff under a false identity.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 xxgame's Rights

xxgame reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity on the account.
• As directed by a regulatory authority.
• Self-exclusion at the member's request.
• Long-term inactive account (in accordance with applicable policy).

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may contact our support team to close their own account. Valid balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus balances are non-refundable.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, xxgame may take action in accordance with applicable policy. The member will be notified at their registered contact details before any inactivity measures are applied.

Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the member.

Changes to Terms

xxgame reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these rules and terms at any time. For important changes, an advance notice will be sent to members' registered contact details.
